Consolidation run with a difference

So visiting family and it was such a fab morning I had to get out there. Totally new to me but another prom run 😃. Lots of joggers 🏃‍♂️ out but it felt so good after the wind and rain. 30 mins done with a bit of calf niggle so need to sort out my stretches!
