W81 done. Was very easy. Not even puffing and we upped the pace a bit.

At the end of one long stretch the decision is always left - down a nice cruisy slope - or right - up a not cruisy hill. We turn right.

And being Sunday morning, we run past the boomers loading the golf clubs in the boot. Hmmmm. Golf, running? Golf, running?

But as I'm a boomer I just keep running. I love it.
