Completed week 7 run 1 this morning before Storm Dennis sets in. No problem with the run today, but need to go a bit faster on run 2 to push myself. π₯ π£

Running stamina is built by slow runs at an easy conversational pace.
Hard running will not provide sufficient oxygen to your muscles.
