Treadmill running

It’s not my favourite but there is a limit to the mud and wet and wind that I can tolerate when running. Today at the gym I took inspiration from everyone else doing their thing - old, young, super fit and super slow - they’re all superstars in my eyes 🙌🏻🤩

Saturday seems to be peak day for gym bunnies 🐰 up and down the country.

I do most of my running 🏃‍♂️ ( if I can call it that 🤣) outdoors , but good to have the option and to use a treadmill on days like this.

I do all my running outdoors, hate the treadmill! This was a cross training day and surprisingly quiet. I don't usually go to the gym at the weekend because I can go anytime and it feels a bit mean to hog the machines from people who work.

Yep, that’s me tomorrow if I can get from the car park to the gym with Storm Dennis. Sometimes only the treadmill will do.
