A blustery, drizzly 25-minute run completes week 6. I have to have music to run to and with Queen accompanying me I got into a steady rythm. So happy to have got this run under my belt as I was a little worried about it. I'm looking forward to next week now.

Well done 😊

It feels good to get that run under your belt doesn't it?

I have a lot of Queen on my playlists - I find they help a lot 😊

Good luck with week 7, I completed it yesterday 😉🏃
