Week 3 run 2 under my belt without any real problems after 4 yrs of no real exercise!
My sense of achievement is massive, my mood has improved and I'm losing a bit of weight - not a bad result for a 56yr old Nana. Felt like an Olympic athlete after my 3 min run today ๐๐
Ha ha me too , just in from week 3 day 1 canโt believe I managed the 3 min runs , feeling like an athlete ๐คช instead of an old 62 year old granny just hoping I get a good loss on the scales tomorrow still only losing 1 lb a week , but I will keep going as it is this feeling that is worth it
