Omg it was bad out there!

The wind was so icy too. Running in one direction was just about doable but when I turned back on myself it was like a sub-Arctic endurance test 😂🥶

My next run is on Friday . Praying the wind will have died down by then.....

Phew, that’s me off the hook then! I’m going tomorrow when the forecast says the wind will have dropped. I know, I’m a wimp but I don’t mind!

I went out at 6.00am this morning. It was dark and very windy but I found it very relaxing in a weird sort of way and, I am pleased to say, I completed W3 R1 - 3 minutes, I can't believe I ran for 3 whole minutes without getting out of breath!!
