Smashed week 4, even ran in the wind and rain and ran a head of my 14 year old 😂. Is anyone not having a rest day and doing it every day? I'm looking forward to 3 x 5 min runs. 😁

Rest days are the most important if you skip a rest day you have a high risk of injury Well done so far

We’ll done on getting out there in the wind and rain 💪🏼👍🏼 You’re smashing it! Like others have said, rest days are vital for recovery and for avoiding injury. It’s great that your so keen but the last thing you want is to end up on the injury couch 🙈 Good luck
