Hi runners (I feel I can say this having completed W6R3!)

I was dreading R3 of this week, being the start of the ‘long runs ‘, but after 20 mins I still felt I had ‘gas in the tank ‘ and when MJ asked me to step it up a bit for the last minute I was actually able do it!

I’m 68 in March so if I can do it.....!

What I’m trying to say is don’t give up, keep on it and trust your trainer!

Looking forward week 7

Good luck all

Fantastic , and you certainly can say runners after what you have achieved.

Keep going , and very well done 👍
