I’ve been really pleased with my progress . I have an ongoing hip issue which I’ve had since I injured myself running a half marathon 9 years ago. It has flared up so keeping to the treadmill to reduce impact. I don’t want to stop the programme. Wondering what to do ?

Have you taken any advice from a Sports Physio? They are so knowledgeable and will be able to assess you properly and support with any weakness or muscle imbalances. I used to get achey hips a few years back when I was upping my distance for the first time. I think I am much better at fitting in cross training and other exercise now which has helped with my glute strength and hip stability. I regularly do clams, bridges and side leg lifts but if you have had a previous injury, I would definately recommend advice first. Good luck.
