I did wk5 R2! I didn’t feel great going into the run but decided just to take it slow and steady and not think about the time. It worked! Completed the first 8 mins feeling fine and even managed to speed up for the last minute of the second run.
I’m kinda looking forward to Sunday’s 20 min run?! How weird is that?

That’s great to get this far! Yeah, the 20 min run is a bit of a landmark moment. The best advice I got for it here - keep it slow, then slow down more. It’s not about pace or distance at this point, it’s about doing the time. Well done and keep going!
