I’m due to complete last run of week three today but my calve muscle is really painful from the last run. Should I just not run today? It hurts to walk normally. I did manage 12500 steps yesterday on my skip day. I don’t want to lose momentum. What do you think?

As the guide to the plan clearly states, if you are in pain do not run.
Stretching immediately after every run, nhs.uk/live-well/exercise/h... while muscles are still warm and supple, pulls out contractions, avoiding carrying tensions into the next run and also improves recovery by improving blood flow.
Sorry, but I'm with the others who have already posted (and probably with the voices in your head too), don't do it! Step away from the running clobber, have a bit more rest and let that calf heal before you ask it to help you complete Week 3. Rest it, stretch it and gently exercise it and I am sure it will repay you so you whizz through W3 R3 next time. If you don't it may never forgive you and reek it's revenge at every opportunity! In the mean-time keep popping on here and help everyone else along then let us know how it goes when you get back out there.
Well done on completing W3! See how your calf feels on your next run day and do some gentle stretching in the meantime. Take some extra rest days if you need to
