Wk2 run3 just completed, first time in way too long I’ve pushed at anything resembling exercise.

Very true, don’t tell anyone but I’m actually quite enjoying it too.

Never managed to get on with running in the past, far more into competitive sports like squash and rugby but got more and more unfit and overweight in the last few years after massacring a disc in my back and retiring from rugby
