Well I love an excuse for postponing runs don’t I πŸ˜‚ was supposed to go out yesterday but managed to scald the back of my hand making poached eggs πŸ™ˆ so spent all day running it under cold water trying to stop it feeling like it was on fire πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

Anyway today me and my bright red hand went out for W2 R1 - and it was fine! Really enjoyed it and didn’t feel like I was running any longer really. The 90 second runs felt better than the first lot of 60 second runs. Must be getting a bit fitter 😝

Hope your hand heals well, good for you getting out, we all think up reasons to put off going out to run then enjoy it when we get out there

Oh ouch! That sounds horrible. Hope it heals swiftly. Very pleased to hear that the run went well, though! It is amazing how quickly you feel your fitness improve with C25K. πŸ‘

Well done on getting W2R1 in the bag! I was going to say I thought it was a little easier than W1 too but scared to jinx tomorrow's run :D
