And it went really well! Did it twice, will definitely be able to do it a third time! I know this is only the beginning and not that big of an achievement, but for me, it is a big thing to just get up and actually do it :D Covid really turned me into a couch potato...

Every run is training for your next one, wherever you are in your running career.............so every one is important.

Keep running, keep smiling.

Very well done. It is indeed only the beginning, but the beginning is in many ways the hardest part. Keep building the habit and enjoy every run!

Brilliant start Reading_Sarah. Getting started was definitely difficult for me as well. One run at a time and in a few weeks you will be really pleased with your progress.

Haha, thanks! I am trying not to celebrate every single one with a pizza or something probably equally unhealthy :D Gotta find another way ;-)

Well done on your runs. It really is a big thing you’ve achieved- possibly the hardest steps of the whole process. Now just trust the programme to get you to 30 minutes running and keep checking in!

I will keep updating on here. I had no idea that this kind of feedback would be that much of a motivational factor for me, but it definitely works! So glad I found this place (found it through Rambly Running's YT channel!)
