Completed W5R2 this morning. Can’t believe I am half way through the programme already. The key is to go slow until you are ready to speed up. I suggest try speeding up on the last run to see how you are progressing, but slow down if struggling. The plan is working. Progress is being made each time. Ready for the next run (20 minutes for R3)
