Got set for last session of wk 3 when the app froze on a blank screen added to which Amazon Music refused to work. The only app which worked was the stop watch so remebering the times I decided to push on with the timings and encorsgement. First 2 runs were absolute rubbish. Obviously insettled by the app failure. Run 3 was much better and arms and legs seemed be co-ordinating again.
The final run was supposed to be 5 mons however I forgot to check the watch and when I did I found I'd run for 10 minutes! Twice what I should have done and I felt really good at the end.
So what started out as a disaster ended up in triumph. I can now look forward to weeks 5 and 6 knowing I can run the times.
BTW I'm 75 yo and overweight!
