If you were comfortable running week 3 move forward if you struggled then a repeat is good as it’s all building stamina

Noooo!!!!
Trust in the program. Trust in yourself.
If you've completed this week without too much difficulty, then you're ready to move up.
Remember the mantra, 'go slow, go slow, go slow'.
I promise you, if you have any doubts, then start your week 4 run much slower that you did your week 3 runs. It will make it feel easier. And then, if you still have energy in the tank at the end, pick up the pace for the final 60 seconds. The last 5 minutes if you feel that good!
The worst that can happen, is that you call it a practice run. The best that can happen, is that you realise we're right, the program works and you were ready after all 😁.
Let us know what you decide to do and how you get on

Definitely move on to the next run unless you didn't complete the last one! There's no shame in repeating a run if you didn't manage it 1st time, but 'struggle is an interesting word we all use and struggling through us a sign that you are wirking hard which is the whole point I think!
