After having pneumonia last year, did my first 5k, ok only on a treadmill with 5% incline but did it in 25 mins feeling good πŸ˜€

Thanks Buddy, I know I couldn’t believe it myself, however it was on a treadmill. I have been building up for weeks in the gym. Hopefully by spring will be back on the road rather than treadmill. Thanks for your support
