After injury last year did first ParkRun since last September. PB which was great, furthest I’ve run since Sep. 30 lbs lighter and learned lots of lessons re core strengthening, care of muscles etc. So it’s all good. Have been checking out how old friends all doing on here happy running everyone!! πŸ™ŒπŸ»πŸ™ŒπŸ»πŸ™ŒπŸ»

Yay, so pleased to hear from you...checked out your page a few weeks ago to see if I'd missed a post and when I saw I hadn't I hoped everything was ok.

Clearly it is now 😁

Well done on your Parkrun, PB, and weight loss...good to have you back πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ‘
