W3R3 - Nosebleed?

Completed run three very happy, but a bit achy, especially my back, down to years of non movement.

But I did have a Nosebleed, didn't notice until after the run, but I had a couple of tissues and blew my nose during the walking bits and put the tissues in my pocket without looking when I went to dispose of them I noticed one was bloody, may be down to blowing to hard. Running next on Sunday and will take more notice, if it does happen again i will stop immediately and call the doctor Monday.

Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else? Or if anybody know what it could be? I am hopping it is just i blew too hard and it is a one off.

Weird, it is common to have drippy nose when running, if you think blowing is issue just wipe - gloves good for this🥴 try some gentle yoga for your core and back - look up Adrienne yoga on YouTube. Happy running
