Well week 5 has started ,and although I’ve done it before, it was a struggle this morning. I’ve been gradually getting quicker up to end of week 4 but this morning I was so slow!!! It should have been easier but it was not!! Breathing was ok but legs did not want to play.
I know sometimes it’s just one of those runs and that’s what I am putting it down to. Drawing a line under it and moving on. I’m going to take the weekend off and do the next run on Monday morning, nice and fresh.
I managed it but did not enjoy it so I am not going to hash it over just put it behind me
Happy running everyone

Well done. Like you say, it’s done!
Before this I was walking half and hour once or twice a day. Some days my legs felt like lead on a walk! So I’m not surprised when they complain about running 🏃♀️😅
Yeah I’m back to running after 3 months illness and hip pain too and this is the first time my legs have ached but I’ve done lots of stretching and drunk lots of water so hopefully Monday will be a different story 🤞
