Week 1 run 1 done! Felt better than I thought. Set my reminder for day 2 on Wednesday. My plan is coming home and putting my running gear on straight away, preparing dinner so I have a good healthy meal to return to. It worked tonight so I'm sticking with it. I also did an hour of yoga t the gym after dinner. Here's the start of the new healthy me πŸ™‚
