Another 5k π felt stronger going into this as I could see the benefits of core strengthening exercises. I canβt believe how much a difference itβs made to how i feel when running.
I would really recommend to new runners to start these exercises on your none run days and you will see the benefit. I use a balance board and one of those wonder core exercise machines but there are other exercises you could do. Lots of videos available on YouTube.
