Small fanfare to announce that W9R3 has happened and so I have officially completed the programme.

I’m going to let that statement sit there and not feel tempted to say how I need to increase my time and distance as I’m nowhere near 5k in the 30 minutes.

However, I WILL say that I’m happy to have earned my graduate badge back again, and will see it displayed there, with pride.
