Went for a 5k run this morning. It felt tough but afterwards discovered it was my best 5k. Would love a run without hills but doesn’t happen where I live!

Thank you. I have been doing 6k but only 5 today. Weekend off as done 3 runs this week, unless I decide on run on Sunday 🤣
I know the feeling...especially when it coincides with the beginning of the next run for those of us still on the journey! Good luck for the next run ☺️
