I sacked my training regime of curry, booze and chocolate. It doesnβt work, surprisingly π’ Went back to hydrating the old fashioned way, with water.
Fitted in some extra strength exercises (Iβm constantly working on my knee) and extra rest days between runs is helping because... I only bloomin did my best time this morning ππ₯³ 5k 32 mins. Woo hoo! Iβll take it.
