Well I have just finished my first run this morning and it was soooo hard even just to get out of bed πŸ₯±πŸ˜΄. The first two spurts were the hardest but I’m feeling good now and am booked again for Sunday morning (unless something better comes up Sat night πŸ₯‚πŸ˜‚

Yep, that first one is so, so hard. I almost didnt make it. I dont think I'd fully recovered by my second run either!

Keep on going though, it does get easier!

I did my first run yesterday and I found it harder to leave the house than doing the run itself 😝. Keep it up you will see the benefits really quickly if you stick to it. X

Great stuff! The first run is the hardest mostly psychological ...but you did it so now the next one is easier. Keep it up and this forum is amazing for support and tips.
