Yay I've only gone and completed w9r3 so that's me completed c25k, now to keep a good routine up. I actually feel amazing that I've stuck at it and finished. If you have been following my journey I'm not really a very serious person and I really dont think I truly believed I could do it but with sheer determination and great support from this group i did it. Who would gave thought 10 weeks ago I'd be writing about running 30 mins nonstop when 90 seconds nearly gave me a coronary. I truly am proof that this programme works and will reccomend everyone try it regardless of ability. I'm still dumpy but at least I'm fitter and dumpy. I hope to continue my journey with all of you. Keep it up guys 😊👌👏🏃‍♀️🏅

So chuffed am definitely going to keep at it, really enjoyed my run tonight partly because my 3.5 year old is currently a complete arse and pain in the butt so having some time out was gratefully received. I'm going to carry on posting now and again as I definitely think this group has help. I actually achieved a new year resolution lol only had 2 runs to do but I still did it. Well done on your 5k today, I managed 4.72 km tonight but that's 10 mins walking. Look forward to hearing your journey 😘😘
