Completed week 1. Second time around has some bonuses. I’m not hanging on to start each run at the Jo’s very last breath of “Go”and desperate to stop the millisecond she speaks again 😂
I can think about gait and pace or even find my mind wandering which wouldn’t have happened first time around!
I guess this time there is no mental block to overcome- convinced as I was I couldn’t run- there is less sense of achievement too. But, hey. 4.45 up, stretched, out, happy dog 🐕 happy me!
