So I'm on Tues, Thurs and Sat this week. Today I was glad to get back to having a break again. I needed it. 3 mins walking is such luxury. Weight wise it IS the first Xmas I've not put weight on. I ate stacks. This means from now on the pounds are going to drop off. I am still thrilled at my 45 minute non stop skate. Couldn't have done that a year ago. I find the earlier I go out the better. It's been squally all day since I got back.
