Hi everyone. It's the first time I've posted but I am an avid reader of everyone else's posts. They have given me the inspiration and boost I needed to carry on. I have just completed week 6 run3 though I must say I was dreading it as my last run was a week ago. Well what can I say but I did it. I'm not the fastest but I kept going. So proud of myself. So for all the new starters keep going you can do it. π
