Just stumbled upon this community, so wanted to greet you all and wish you a great running week
I'm 45, had a massive heart attack 8 month ago. Since then i've quit smoking (2 packs a day), quit eating ham and chocolate all day long, stopped drinking 2 bottles of Cola each day and currently on my 6 week of C25K program.
