Week 6 run 1 completed without too much trouble at all! Slight step back but always better than doing nothing, continue from here I reckon and I'll be doing longer runs again in no time.
Ps - HATED that everyone I saw out today probably thought this was my New Years resolution and I'd be giving up within a week! Oh well, just have to prove them wrong wont I
