So, after struggling through November post-graduation, being sick most of December, followed by a break over Christmas, I decided today to go back a bit and ease myself back in...

Week 6 run 1 completed without too much trouble at all! :D Slight step back but always better than doing nothing, continue from here I reckon and I'll be doing longer runs again in no time.

Ps - HATED that everyone I saw out today probably thought this was my New Years resolution and I'd be giving up within a week! Oh well, just have to prove them wrong wont I :)

Good for you for getting out there and doing it.

The really great thing about C25K, is that its always there to fall back on if you need it.

It's like a safety net that stops you falling too far after an illness or life event and helps you get going again.

Great that you're back, happy running!

Great you're feeling better. A step back is good to ease yourself back into it. Good luck 🤗
