I left yesterday's run until today, again I'd planned a 20 minute slow jog to see how my ankle went.
I didn't use the ankle support, I left it off just out of curiosity. I completed the 20 minutes with no discomfort, pain, etc, so I'm happy with that.
Next steps are:
Complete 2 runs at 20 minutes with no pain, discomfort, etc
Complete 2 runs at 25 minutes, then 2 at 30 minutes.
Once I'm back to running 30 minutes with no issues I'll increase the speed slightly every couple of runs until I'm back to where I was.
I'll then do another ParkRun and see how my time comes out.
I'll be doing most of this on the treadmill for now with the occasional outdoor run thrown in for good measure.
