Day 3 was much easier than the first two. I didn’t look at my phone to see when the run would elapse. Achy legs but feeling good mentally. It’s too easy to stay in when it’s cold but I wrapped up, hat on and went off up the hill to commence the warm up. Worried that I now have 4 days before I can start Week 2. Thinking I should have a rest day and then repeat day 3 of week 1.

Good for u for getting out! Just out of interest, after reading ur bio, r u taking rest days? These r so important in between each run....If u found the run easier I’d just move on to the next week and see how u go. Just remember to go slowly. If u can’t manage it then u can always treat it as a practice and repeat that run but I do think sometimes it’s our heads not our bodies that prevent us moving on! Good luck 😉

I'm with CJ though re: rest days. They are equally, if not MORE important than running days and greatly reduce the risk of injury.
You've done all 3 days of week 1 now though, so no need to re-run R3. Move up to the next week.
Ideally, you should have 2 rest days between each week and 1 rest days between each run in a particular week.
