So I’ve managed to get out there for the second run. I’m fed up with people asking if it’s my New Years resolution. No it isn’t. I’ve downloaded the couch to 5k app so many times. Slipped discs, broken foot, and fibromyalgia have all been a factor in not starting before, and I’m finally back up to my normal brisk walking pace with no problems, so I feel well enough to start.
I’m telling myself it’s fine I’m only managing 3 full 60 second runs, and managed less today than I did 2 days ago. Small steps right?
