I completed my third run and I am really enjoying the challenge. I am calorie counting too which I'm hoping will help speed up the weight loss.

Well done for starting, always drink plenty of water and have healthy snacks. Rather than go by weight alone take measurements - you'll see big changes hopefully. Happy running

Brilliant🤩

I would say, do the programme alongside a healthy eating plan. Take some measurements and don't weigh yourself!.

I used to do the 5:2 diet until I started this programme and was dismayed that I gained quite a few pounds initially. I felt I had a choice to make, stop running and revert to fasting or stop weighing myself.

I have only weighed myself once since I made the decision to keep running, and I was around the same weight, I can still wear my pre running clothes.

Fitness wise... I have never been this fit.

Good luck, enjoy the programme and the healthier, fitter you 😊

Well done. Do you find calorie counting works? I tend to stick to mostly healthy eating as I find it more sustainable but excellent if it works for you.
