It’s been a while since I’ve ran on the road or ran 5k.
I’ve been thinking of starting couch to 5k again from the beginning. Just wondered if it’s good idea or weather to just start running again.
I don’t know how to get my mojo back and I’m worried my cardio has dropped too much to just pick up where I left off.

I redid it following injury and second time around it was so much easier, but I wanted to ease back in to reduce injury risk.
If you do feel you have a fair bit of residual fitness maybe try one run of each week until you pick up week 5.
