Get one of those sleeveless windproof tops to go over your running top too (and gloves) it really makes a difference.

Brian! Your post was in my head whilst I was browsing - I purchased a pair of gloves because you posted as to how good they were! Actually looked at the body warmers. They were 25 pound so thought I’d leave as a treat for sticking with it.

I'm plenty warm enough in my running top and that windproof jobbie at 4 degrees once I get moving, maybe on the odd frosty day I might need an old T shirt under everything though.
