So I used to run years ago, but I’m finding it hard to get back into it. So I decided to sign up for this. Fingers crossed!!!

Fab! As a programme it works if you let it! I started it 18 months ago, aged 56, an ex smoker who hadn’t done any exercise since 1980. I now do half marathon distance and love it. That’s me though, your goals may be totally different. Enjoy your journey and the support on here. Good luck with the running and most of all believe in yourself, you’ve got this!xx

I did the exact same thing a few years ago. It helped ease me get back to running again and find the love. It is a great programme that has worked for many of us. At times you'll question the programme but it really works. Best of luck!
