After 2 months today from injuring my ankle along with other occurring feet problems I did as two doctors ordered and started C25K again from Week 1 day 1. I tried two days ago but my phone kept cutting out and my left foot started to burn around the ball and toes so I felt miserably defeated. But with my new wireless headphones (xmas pressie) I tried again today. And I did it!! 😁 Okay i followed it with an hour at the gym which may be pushing it but... It felt strange doing 1 minute running at a time after running 5k three times a week 2 months ago. But doctors orders 😉 Also boy does running use different muscles!! Two months of non impact crosstraining and weights at the gym helped, but to run outdoors again... It felt so good ♥️🏃♀️

Great to hear you’re back running, it must have been so frustrating! Fingers crossed it all goes smoothly 🤞🏻
Soles of my feet still hurt so literally taking one step at a time 😉 And over the last two months i have been doing lots of ankle strengthening and calf stretching exercises which has really helped 😊 Good thing is my right ankle is finally okay again!
