Hard work this morning after yesterday’s indulgences! The last 5 minutes were a real slog but I got there and feel better for it. Airport this afternoon and I’ll be finishing week 7 in Florida on Saturday 👍

You have around 3 weeks before you start to lose fitness gains. Still got plenty of time, go use a free gym trial and use a cross trainer for half an hour instead 😁
