Merry Christmas every one been to the physo today thinking I had a problem with my Achilles and to be told the pain all coming from my calf so still doing the exercises he thinks it will get better by doing some strength work wait and see 😡

Physio was free NHS drop in take a number and get seen like taking a ticket for the meat counter in Tesco lol they said I was doing everything right but was working on my Achilles not my calf so started ice massage my calf want to for a run 🏃‍♂️ lol they told me not to stop 🏃‍♂️if it’s ok just do small runs 1k or even 2k 😂
