Physio was free NHS drop in take a number and get seen like taking a ticket for the meat counter in Tesco lol they said I was doing everything right but was working on my Achilles not my calf so started ice massage my calf want to for a run πββοΈ lol they told me not to stop πββοΈif itβs ok just do small runs 1k or even 2k π
