I have done and completed the whole program once before, but then I sort of lost interest and stopped running without any kind of structured program moving forwards.
So now I'm back to it, starting all over again! I've finished week 1, so onwards and upwards!

I used to run before without a programmes, but following the programme now I feel the difference, and its benefits, in the way it designed. Especially, with keeping the strength and flex exercise, the tune of my body and breathing is more healthier and reasonable to me.
Well done, I did the couch to 5k about 3 times, each time getting ready for a charity run, and then not continuing with running. Just over 2 years ago I started again with a view to keeping up my running and I'm pleased to say I have! I started going to my local parkrun and met a lovely group of people who were very encouraging. I've now also joined a running club and 60 something parkruns later I'm still running and really enjoying it. Good luck with your running,
