I actually changed my route a bit as I was coming back on myself last week.... Felt little bit harder as Iβve ran the same route from W1. πββοΈ felt I had to push myself that bit more, plus I tried to up my pace a little. Please tell me if Iβm doing well Iβve took pics of my root and pace off my phone. Like but if feed back on how Iβm doing. Do feel I will be able to run the full 30 next week for sure. πββοΈπββοΈππ²
