Well finished w7R3 not my best but slightly slower. Ran with friend today, she enjoyed the run being as she’s not ran since beginning of November. Think I’m slower as to many days since my last run Wednesday. Think I need to close the gap on in between my runs. Well onwards and upwards bring on w8r1. 😃🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️
