Home and away...end of week 3

Here I am, away at my friends in old town I used to live. I couldn't wait to revisit the park I ran 5k in 10 yrs ago. Such bliss to run completely flat. I did r3 of week 3 no problem and i'm now ready for week 4. I can feel my fitness plane beginning to gain speed before take off.whhooohooo hook.

I wonder if the place I used to run is still there. That was the school yard when I was 5 years old 😆
