Well run 2 of week 6 done with no negative effect or pain from hip. Hopefully a good sign, went okay felt tired and blowing a bit on 2nd 10 minute of the run but just slowed up and got through it. Finished off with a brisk 10 minute walk. Now looking forward to Fridays run.
