Damp squib end to Week 3 ... but I smell a rat

Squally weather is back so wore my waterproof which I'd managed without all week. Light rain no problem..done it before. Had heavy legs today so wimped out of first 3mins [down to 2] never mind. I'll def do next one.... wimped out again and only did 2 mins. Legs were heavy. I did an extra 90 secs at end to make up for it but missed out on end of week elation I had last week. But 2 great things happened! First, I saw not one but two small rats playing in the park! I love rats. Second, I got all the way up the hill home before I even noticed I'd done it!! Without giving it a seconds thought. Oh...and I've lost two inches off my waist since running! No weight loss but I do eat healthy and I know I look trimmer.

Running up hills without even noticing, that's brilliant! Don't be disheartened by some of the run not going to plan, it's just one of those things. And rats playing - can't decide if I think that's lovely or alarming! 😂

They were only small, like big mice! I love mice too. he he..have to fess I was WALKING home not still running when I didn't notice the hill. but when I first moved in I was like "just put one foot in front of the other..' and it was a SLOG.

Well done. I've had a messed up run too. Though that was through tech letting me down.

Next one will go to plan I'm sure.

Really well done on that hill :-)
